Washington office of national firm with established construction law practice seeks to expand its local capabilities to mirror its depth elsewhere in the firm. Our client provides comprehensive construction law counseling and litigation on behalf of owners, design professionals, construction managers, contractors and sureties. A further component of our client’s construction industry involvement is an ancillary consulting practice which offers unique services to clients (such as partnering facilitation, mediation and construction process consulting) on hundreds of projects throughout the U.S. With significant cross-selling opportunities throughout the firm, our client seeks a partner in the building state of his/her career who possesses only modest portable client relationships ($750,000 plus). Our client welcomes a blended construction/government contracts practice. The firm has a track record for successfully facilitating partner integration and providing transitional assistance. *Firm prides itself on syncing personal fit with the style and “feel” of the firm.
