Rare opening in premier litigation boutique, which is a long-standing G&S client, for an associate (Class of 2006-2003) to handle international litigation and arbitration. Our client has established practices in international disputes and insolvency, internal investigations and white collar defense. This newly identified need is in response to a significant increase in financial fraud allegations resulting from investments made in or by Middle Eastern interests. International travel to the region is required. With one partner/one associate staffing, associates will take and defend depositions and witness statements, conduct investigations and interviews, argue motions, etc with the likely result of conducting a hearing and participating in a trial early in their careers. Strong client management skills and the ability to work in a respectful and long-term oriented environment are essential.
