Description Long-standing client has engaged G&S on an exclusive basis to assist in implementation of strategic growth plan to add an accomplished products liability (“PL”) partner or small practice group to the Washington, DC office. Products liability litigation has been a core practice of this AMLAW top 100 Firm for 25+ years. With in excess of 150 PL practitioners firm wide, the firm seeks to compliment this core area of the firm’s capability with the addition of a PL practice. As this would be the first products liability partner in DC, our client seeks a lateral partner interested in serving as the practice head for the office and inclined to build out the practice. The ideal lateral partner will have a national practice representing clients in chemical litigation, pharmaceutical/medical device litigation, construction product defect litigation and/or CPSC litigation (tobacco and asbestos focused practices are of less interest). Significant portable business is required. **Firm has a state-of-the-art case management solution which serves as an invaluable resource. Reasonable billing rate structure allows partners to be a “better value” and pass on significant savings to clients. Firm also offers an extremely effective internal marketing department.
